Date and Time: Friday, Oct 25, 2024 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM EST Location: The Lodge 130 Deerfield Rd, Windsor, CT 06095 Fee: $35/per person $280/per table (8 seats) With major developments on the horizon, the Windsor Chamber of Commerce is fully committed to providing leadership and creating valuable connections to support our members. The Chamber is growing stronger, welcoming a diverse range of new members this year—from entrepreneurs to major corporations—highlighting the dynamic growth of our business environment. The Chamber will be by your side every step of the way to ensure continued success. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Annual Membership Meeting is required each year under our Bylaws. This is the time when members vote to make any proposed Bylaw changes and to elect new Board Members. Voting is limited to one representative of each member organization. If any bylaw changes are proposed, a copy of the proposed bylaw changes and a slate for our Board will be sent out to the membership within the next few weeks. All members present at the meeting may nominate from the floor any employee of a Windsor Chamber Member for a Board seat. Please consider supporting the Chamber's work through sponsorship of our 2024 Dinner. Annual Partnership opportunities are also available to invest in the Windsor Chamber's year-round activities.
