The Windsor Health Department on December 17, 2025, at noon for a free QPR (Question, Persuade, and Refer) training class for residents. Taught by Public Health Nurse, Jeni Waldo, this 1-hour program is designed to introduce people to identifying warning signs of suicide, persuading the person to get help, and referring the person to appropriate resources.
