As the Shad Always Return to Windsor, so do the many local New England civic groups, organizations, businesses, food vendors, crafters, exhibitors, parade participants and live entertainment to the Windsor Shad Derby. Shad Derby Day truly is Windsor's Most Beloved Springtime Tradition!!!
The Festival includes activities on the green, a parade, and a 5K run and walk
