I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you on behalf of Windsor High School, as we prepare for an exciting and meaningful event- Project Graduation! This celebration will honor our graduating seniors and provide them with a fun-filled, alcohol-free, and drug-free event after their graduation ceremony.
To make this event a success, we rely on the generosity of community members like you. We would be incredibly grateful if you could consider making a donation to help fund the activities, food, prizes, and entertainment that will be offered during the celebration. Any contribution, large or small, will go a long way in making Project Graduation a success.
The attached letter outlines the cost of the event, as well as ways that you can make your donation. We also welcome the opportunity to acknowledge your generosity during the event, as a thank-you for your support of our students and their future success.

How can your company help? Become an event sponsor!
Make this year’s event the best ever! It costs over $15,000 to host the Project Graduation Night
celebration. Expenses include food, a DJ, games, activities, decorations, and so much more.
Our kids have worked hard to make it to graduation, and they are worth every penny!

Sponsor an activity!
Choose one of the many activities we will have available for the seniors and donate the cost.
We will place a sign with your company name and logo at that activity station for the seniors to
see throughout the night. Here are some of the individual costs:
